Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a worldwide channel strategy in alignment with business growth goals and product evolution.
- Create a diverse partner network spanning cloud providers, global and systems integrators, independent software vendors, managed service providers, and AI-driven technology firms.
- Discover and nurture emerging partner segments tied to real-time artificial intelligence, autonomous operations, and agent-based system designs.
- Ensure partners fully grasp the Agentic Data Plane and its function in enabling responsive, intelligent applications.
- Craft detailed use cases, solution frameworks, and architectural models for event-driven and agent-powered workloads.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape platform features into market-ready partner solutions.
- Drive measurable revenue through co-selling initiatives, shared pipeline generation, and digital marketplace engagement.
- Design and manage partner programs, financial incentives, and enablement tools to speed up deal cycles and expand account reach.
- Coordinate with direct sales leaders to define clear collaboration guidelines and execution protocols.
- Develop efficient onboarding, training, certification, and technical support systems for partners.
- Set performance metrics, reporting standards, and operational discipline to assess partner effectiveness and return on investment.
- Implement standardized workflows for deal registration, co-branded marketing, and joint customer outcomes.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance channel team.
- Engage with senior executives at strategic partner organizations.
- Serve as a recognized voice on ecosystem-driven growth and next-generation real-time, agent-based infrastructure.
