Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise systems for a globally distributed organization, driving alignment between business processes, technology infrastructure, and long-term growth objectives. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will shape the architecture, governance, and integration of core platforms including NetSuite, Salesforce, Ramp, Zendesk, Planhat, and Microsoft 365.
Strategic Systems Leadership
Define and maintain the enterprise-wide systems roadmap, ensuring configurations and integrations support standardized global operations. Establish systems of record for critical data domains—Customer, Contract, Subscription, Revenue, Spend, and Vendor—and implement controls that ensure data accuracy, ownership clarity, and audit readiness.
AI-Integrated System Design
Embed AI-native principles into system architecture, translating strategic priorities from finance, technology, and product leadership into secure, scalable workflows. Develop configurations and safeguards that enable reliable AI-assisted processes while preventing unverified outputs from entering core systems. Create documentation, operating procedures, and governance standards for AI-enabled automation across departments.
Data & Integration Integrity
- Design and monitor stable, bidirectional integrations between platforms
- Eliminate data conflicts and enforce validation, reconciliation, and quality controls
- Build a scalable data foundation for trusted, AI-ready business intelligence
- Ensure data lineage and integration logic support real-time, accurate reporting
Operational Governance & Collaboration
Own change control across systems, evaluating and approving new tools, automations, and integration requests. Prevent fragmentation by enforcing configuration standards, release management, and documentation practices. Partner with Finance and RevOps to strengthen internal controls, improve spend visibility, and align billing and revenue systems with audit requirements.
Information Architecture & Productivity Standards
Define company-wide policies for document management, collaboration, and communication using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Ensure critical business records are linked to systems of record, reducing reliance on informal files and undocumented decisions. Promote consistency, transparency, and knowledge sharing across regions and teams.

Support a culture of operational excellence, proactive communication, and professional growth. Contribute to process improvements, share expertise across departments, and uphold safety and wellbeing standards.
