Lead strategic performance and governance at a high-growth technology organization by shaping how leadership tracks progress, makes decisions, and delivers on company objectives. Reporting to the CFO, this role is central to establishing clarity, accountability, and forward momentum across executive and board-level functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) process, delivering clear, actionable insights into performance, risks, and emerging opportunities.
- Drive executive accountability by leading action tracking within E-Team forums and ensuring follow-through on strategic priorities.
- Design and manage governance structures for senior leadership meetings, ensuring effective cadence, decision quality, and cross-functional alignment.
- Enhance board reporting cycles by aligning operational delivery with strategic goals and governance expectations.
- Define and implement a company-wide business performance strategy that links long-term vision to measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with executives to set performance targets tied to enterprise value and sustainable growth.
- Create and oversee OKR and KPI frameworks that connect organizational objectives to team-level results.
- Prepare and deliver performance updates for executive and board audiences, translating complex data into strategic narratives.
- Lead critical cross-functional initiatives, defining scope, ownership, and success metrics to ensure delivery.
- Establish strong programme governance, including milestone tracking, risk oversight, and escalation protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in business performance, strategic planning, or management consulting, preferably within complex or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Proven success in building and rolling out performance management systems—especially those centered on OKRs and KPIs.
- Experience designing and running executive operating rhythms, including leadership forums, performance reviews, and board reporting cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and planning platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of engaging senior leaders and board members.
- Outstanding project and programme management capabilities, with experience driving results in fast-moving environments.

- Familiarity with financial modelling, budgeting, and commercial performance analysis.
