Responsibilities
- Translate regional anti-financial crime regulations and market demands into actionable global product development priorities.
- Ensure financial crime solutions are strategically tailored and clearly communicated for the Asia-Pacific region.
- Stay current with product capabilities, research direction, and emerging features in AML and graph-based analytics.
- Support commercial teams in achieving annual recurring revenue goals for AML, KYC, and financial crime offerings.
- Equip sales and business teams with training and account-specific strategies for financial crime solutions.
- Assist in regional sales opportunities and lead engagement in client pitches.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate clear, measurable return on investment for AML and KYC implementations.
- Participate in client proof-of-concept initiatives to validate solution effectiveness.
- Document and share real-world success stories from AML and KYC deployments.
- Promote product value through industry events, thought leadership, and market positioning activities.
- Design and deliver customized solution demonstrations with messaging focused on AML and KYC use cases.
- Review and provide input on client proposals, statements of work, and project scope changes.
- Guide delivery teams on regional priorities to align with high-impact objectives in financial crime prevention.
- Collaborate with Technology Account Partners to engage existing clients in ANZ, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan, ensuring satisfaction and renewal readiness.
- Advise senior client stakeholders with deep domain expertise to maximize long-term platform value.
- Partner with Analytics Assurance to validate AML model performance and business impact.
- Support alliance partners with training, intellectual property development, joint ideation, and value messaging.
