Miro is hiring a Head of Americas (Sales)

Lead the future of sales for one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms as Head of AMER Sales. You’ll oversee a team of more than 60 sellers and managers, shaping the strategy that turns Miro from a collaboration tool into a foundational AI-driven workspace for global innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead sales leaders and individual contributors to acquire and grow accounts ranging from mid-market to enterprise-scale organizations
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategy across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic segments, aligned with Miro’s evolution into an AI-powered platform
  • Design and scale repeatable, data-informed revenue engines using product signals, customer behavior insights, and AI-driven prospecting
  • Drive expansion within existing customers by uncovering new use cases, teams, and business units
  • Enable your team to convert trial users into long-term enterprise clients through activation and adoption programs
  • Engage directly in high-stakes, multi-threaded deals, guiding strategy across complex buying committees
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build campaigns rooted in real-world workflows and industry-specific challenges
  • Enhance discovery practices to understand how teams work and where Miro can deliver transformative improvements in speed, alignment, and results
  • Integrate AI into every stage of the sales lifecycle—from lead prioritization to forecasting—to shift from activity-based to signal-driven selling
  • Enforce operational excellence, ensuring CRM accuracy and data integrity to guide pipeline planning and revenue forecasting
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and monthly targets for pipeline and closed-won business

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in sales leadership roles, with a history of building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-growing SaaS environments
  • 15+ years of total sales experience, including individual contributor and executive roles in enterprise SaaS
  • Proven success in designing and executing multi-segment GTM strategies with scalable processes
  • Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-persona enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong foundation in territory design, team-based selling, and prospecting strategy

Nice to Have

  • Experience applying AI to boost sales productivity, pipeline quality, and customer engagement
  • Track record of embedding AI tools into prospecting, personalization, and deal execution
  • Hands-on leadership style—willing and able to work alongside reps to refine tactics and strategy
  • Ability to diagnose sales process friction and implement effective solutions
  • Strong collaborator across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Curious mindset with a focus on continuous learning and feedback
  • Results-oriented with ownership over pipeline, revenue, and customer impact
