Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in account management, customer growth, or related functions, with at least 5 years leading and scaling account teams
- Proven success driving customer expansion, product adoption, and revenue growth in complex B2B or SaaS environments
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build structure, rigor, and repeatable processes
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams
- A collaborative, empathetic leader who holds teams accountable while fostering trust and development
