Responsibilities
- Lead the development of hardware architecture for embedded platforms
- Establish system requirements, choose components, and oversee printed circuit board design
- Partner with firmware engineering teams to integrate hardware and software elements
- Coordinate with mechanical design and manufacturing groups to ensure designs are producible and reliable
- Oversee initial board testing, troubleshooting, verification, and integration into full systems
- Assist in scaling production and address hardware problems as they arise
