Requirements
- ~3–5 years of experience in Operations, GTM Ops, BizOps, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical/operational role
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort working with data in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Ability to follow structured processes while operating in an evolving environment
- Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage recurring responsibilities independently
- Fluency in English as a working language
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Experience in billing, payments, SaaS, or transaction-based business models
- Experience supporting new process rollouts or operational scaling initiatives
