Responsibilities
- Leverage Clay to define ideal customer profiles and source target accounts and contacts
- Develop and expand Clay datasets for identifying prospects, mapping decision-makers, and enriching firmographic, technographic, and situational details
- Create filtering logic to exclude low-fit prospects while highlighting high-intent opportunities and generating tailored insights
- Export accurate, well-structured data directly into CRM and outreach platforms
- Ensure reliable integration of data into HubSpot or comparable systems and outreach tools
- Automate the creation, updating, deduplication, and lifecycle management of records
- Uphold consistent, high-quality data standards across systems
- Utilize Clay combined with AI to craft personalized initial and follow-up messages
- Incorporate details about job function, industry, and company context in outreach
- Ensure all outbound communication feels natural, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Design intelligent lead routing to ensure full enrichment prior to sales engagement
- Distribute leads to the appropriate owner in real time
- Reduce lead leakage and prioritize speed, aiming for minute-level response times
- Continuously experiment with ICP definitions, enrichment rules, data sources, and messaging variants
- Monitor key metrics including reply rates, meeting bookings, and conversion drop-offs
- Deploy optimizations on a weekly basis
- Collaborate closely with the Founder/Growth lead and sales team
- Turn go-to-market strategy into scalable, automated workflows
- Break down barriers between tools and teams to enable unified operations
