Responsibilities
- Create and deploy tailored outbound initiatives that mimic personal outreach while operating at scale, focused on reaching talent acquisition leaders in large organizations
- Manage the end-to-end content pipeline, including organizing webinars, publishing blog posts, producing feature announcement videos, and maintaining regular community content with minimal external support
- Integrate artificial intelligence platforms such as Clay, Zapier, Hubspot, Apollo, and ChatGPT to build automated workflows for lead generation, customer nurturing, and onboarding processes
- Take full ownership of the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including CRM platforms like Hubspot, design tools like Canva and Figma, website builders like Webflow, and automation services like Apollo, Make, and Zapier
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks, analyze results, and apply findings rapidly to improve campaign effectiveness
- Track core go-to-market performance indicators and derive actionable insights to inform strategy and drive accelerated growth
- Assess emerging AI and automation technologies, identify high-potential solutions, and integrate them into existing operations
- Collaborate directly with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to validate growth hypotheses and scale successful experiments
