This role supports go-to-market functions by managing data inquiries from sales and marketing teams through ticketing systems and direct communication. You'll triage incoming requests, prioritize workloads, and deliver timely responses using structured workflows in Asana and Jira.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate and maintain core business dashboards using Hubble, an internal tool powered by Presto, SQL, React JS, and Plotly
- Conduct on-demand analysis in Tableau to address evolving business questions
- Ensure data integrity across reporting platforms through rigorous quality assurance processes
- Develop insightful narratives from data, moving beyond raw numbers to deliver meaningful business context
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages, including data aggregation, slide creation, and commentary
- Refresh dashboards on a recurring schedule and resolve any data discrepancies
- Support operational workflows by maintaining spreadsheets, updating formulas, and validating headcount data
- Train team members on reporting procedures and coordinate with engineers and program managers on technical dependencies
Required Expertise
You bring a strong foundation in data analysis with proven experience in extracting, validating, and interpreting large datasets. Proficiency in SQL is essential—you should be comfortable writing, modifying, and debugging queries daily. Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is required, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
Experience with Tableau and dashboard development is necessary, along with beginner to intermediate skills in Python and JavaScript. You must be able to document dashboard functionality for end users and communicate findings clearly in writing. Familiarity with sales operations concepts—such as deal pipelines, forecasting, and GTM metrics—is critical. The ideal candidate works independently, manages competing priorities, and maintains precision under tight timelines.
