About the Role

Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase user base through measurable, scalable tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage end-to-end customer acquisition campaigns

  • Collaborate with product teams to align growth initiatives with user experience

  • Manage budget allocation for maximum return on marketing spend
  • Build and maintain automated marketing workflows
  • Partner with content teams to create compelling conversion-focused assets
  • Track and report on key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROI
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic
  • Use data insights to refine targeting and audience segmentation
  • Lead experimentation frameworks to validate growth hypotheses
  • Coordinate with sales to align lead generation with conversion goals
  • Develop referral and viral loop programs to drive organic growth
  • Oversee landing page optimization and user onboarding flows
  • Integrate analytics tools to ensure accurate performance tracking
  • Ensure brand consistency across all growth touchpoints
  • Manage external agencies and vendor relationships
