Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies specifically for strategic and enterprise-level accounts, prioritizing deep engagement over broad lead generation.
- Establish and manage an account-based marketing approach across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many engagement models.
- Equip sales teams with compelling messaging, content, and resources to improve conversion rates and close efficiency.
- Design frameworks to segment target accounts based on ideal customer profile alignment, buying intent, and revenue potential.
- Develop personalized, multi-channel campaigns tailored to individual accounts, specialties, and buyer personas.
- Execute targeted digital advertising and retargeting efforts as part of account-specific outreach.
- Coordinate sales-aligned outreach sequences that support personalized engagement at scale.
- Plan and deliver executive-level events, field marketing initiatives, and custom experiences to deepen account relationships.
- Convert insights from sales activities and account planning into targeted marketing programs that accelerate deal progression.
- Drive measurable pipeline growth through ABM and demand generation initiatives, focusing on new account engagement and conversion metrics.
- Track and report on KPIs directly tied to revenue impact, not just marketing activity volume.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for enterprise and strategic accounts within the sales organization.
- Partner with sales on account planning, campaign timing, and opportunity-specific tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue operations to maintain data integrity, ensure accurate attribution, and streamline campaign execution across platforms.
- Develop standardized ABM playbooks, workflows, and best practices for repeatable success.
- Evaluate, select, and optimize technology tools used in ABM and demand generation efforts.
- Build scalable templates and processes that enable personalized marketing at scale.
