Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable affiliate and referral marketing strategies to expand user acquisition
- Source and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiate partnership terms, and nurture current relationships
- Partner with the Analytics team to measure program effectiveness and assess individual partner contributions
- Optimize conversion metrics across marketing and product touchpoints in the customer journey
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Data teams to establish technical integrations with affiliate partners
- Coordinate with Brand Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with overall brand identity
