About the Role
The role involves designing and executing marketing campaigns that accelerate user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and increase customer lifetime value through testing, optimization, and cross-channel coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Analyze customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product and content teams to align messaging
- Optimize conversion funnels from first touch to retention
- Use A/B testing to refine landing pages and ad creatives
- Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms like Google and social media
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Build audience segments for targeted marketing efforts
- Scale successful experiments into broader initiatives
- Work with developers to implement tracking and analytics tools
- Create email marketing sequences to nurture leads
- Improve SEO strategy to increase organic traffic
- Coordinate with design teams for campaign assets
- Evaluate new marketing channels and technologies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in campaigns
