Crypto.com is looking for a Growth Manager, Credit Cards to own and execute strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement for our credit card products. In this role, you will be critical to expanding the reach and adoption of our financial services in the United States market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement growth strategies to acquire and activate new credit card users
- Analyze user data to identify key engagement levers and optimize the customer journey
- Manage cross-functional projects to improve product features and user experience based on growth metrics
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to user acquisition and product engagement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in growth marketing, product growth, or a similar role within financial services
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and measure success
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with internal teams
