Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for individuals referred to us or arriving through our website
- Respond to inquiries and input from prospective enrollees
- Support patient onboarding by guiding them through program enrollment
- Discuss financial options and subscription models with patients
- Help maintain an efficient and scalable enrollment system
- Manage insurance-related enrollment tasks and provider credentialing
- Address incoming non-clinical questions related to enrollment
- Collaborate with clinical teams and external medical office staff to refine operations
- Use digital tools and internal resources to provide accurate answers and resolve issues
- Partner with product and marketing departments to shape clinical workflow improvements
- Lead key initiatives such as care kit distribution and enhancements to the enrollment journey
