Shape a growing brand through impactful visual design. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and refining the company’s visual identity across all customer-facing platforms. From marketing campaigns to product guidance, your work will help communicate key messages with clarity and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the evolution of the brand’s visual language across digital and social channels
- Design graphics for marketing campaigns, social content, websites, presentations, and product promotions
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to create assets that support user engagement and retention
- Develop visuals for product education, including tutorials, walkthroughs, and navigation aids
- Design for community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and X, supporting engagement and outreach
- Produce event materials, launch graphics, and campaign banners aligned with brand standards
- Work closely with product teams to simplify complex features through intuitive visual design
- Maintain organized design files, reusable templates, and contribute to the brand’s design system
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in startups, fintech, or digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work in branding, marketing, and product-focused design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Canva
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, compelling visuals
- Solid grasp of visual storytelling, design thinking, and brand consistency
- Experience balancing creative vision with performance-driven design
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with marketing, product, and web teams
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities
