The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and refining visual materials that support marketing efforts across multiple platforms. Working closely with design leads and internal teams, you'll create layouts for print and digital use, edit video content, and produce assets for social media and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design leads to deliver marketing materials aligned with brand standards
- Revise and update design files to meet evolving project needs
- Format complex PowerPoint decks and Word documents with precision
- Design digital and social media content, including animations and storyboards
- Interpret design briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Support internal projects by preparing documentation and tracking milestones
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and adopt new design tools
- Address routine design inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by sharing feedback and supporting team goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
- Solid understanding of branding and visual identity systems
- Ability to interpret project briefs and deliver on creative direction
- Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and formatting accuracy
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and consistency
