Responsibilities
- Translate instructional content into visual concepts and storyboards
- Design static graphics, infographics, and course assets that carry meaning on their own
- Collaborate with instructional designers to find the best visual angle for every learning objective
- Co-create with AI tools as a real part of your design process -- bringing new ideas, accelerating output, and pushing what is possible
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory
- Experience with data visualization: charts, infographics, diagrams that inform rather than decorate
- A visual storytelling instinct: you find the narrative in the numbers
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools -- you follow what is happening, you experiment, and you actively look for ways to co-create with AI rather than just use it
- Attention to detail and the self-organization to manage multiple projects
