The Graphic Design Specialist plays a key role in shaping visual content for marketing initiatives, ensuring all assets meet brand standards and are optimized for their intended platforms. Working within a structured creative workflow, this position focuses on refining and preparing designs for production across digital, print, and promotional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt and finalize design materials for use in marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color, and layout across all deliverables.
- Resize and reconfigure assets for various formats and platforms without compromising design quality.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of production-ready files.
- Conduct final reviews of design files to catch errors and ensure technical accuracy before distribution.
- Support the creative process by managing and updating templates, style guides, and digital asset libraries.
- Follow established workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with global creative standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic or production design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—as well as Figma and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, and typography for both screen and print.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to maintain brand integrity across multiple versions and formats of a single asset.
- Must be available to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours while based in Bangalore, India.
