What You’ll Do
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts that reflect institutional values and connect with diverse audiences

- Lead projects from initial idea through final production, managing timelines and deliverables with precision
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating the strategic thinking behind visual choices
- Support integrated campaigns that bridge print and digital mediums, enhancing reach and engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Professional design experience of 3–5 years, with a focus on brand development and campaign execution
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, layout design, and cross-platform applications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with high-volume production workflows
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
