- Gain hands-on experience across key teams within Operations
- Rotate through teams such as Payments, Clearing & Settlement, Transfers, and Corporate Actions
- Develop a holistic perspective on how Scalable enables state-of-the-art investment services
- Drive change in process architecture
- Develop understanding of brokerage operations, process excellence, and operational risk awareness

- Post-graduate or young professional status
