Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc is hiring a Governance QA Manager

The Governance QA Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enforcing core standards, processes, and quality management systems within the A&E program. This role ensures uniform implementation and ongoing enhancement of program requirements, design standards, and quality expectations across all vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and oversee the A&E program playbook, including standards, templates, and operational procedures.
  • Lead the program's QA/QC framework, managing stage gate reviews and compliance checkpoints.
  • Perform systematic quality assurance audits on digital deliverables.
  • Oversee vendor classification, assignment criteria, and compliance with program expectations.
  • Act as the main liaison between internal design governance, field operations, and external design collaborators.
  • Conduct compliance evaluations using formal QA/QC tools and record findings systematically.
  • Collect feedback, performance data, and lessons learned to support continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure version control and accuracy of all program documentation, standards, and procedural guidelines.
  • Support performance monitoring and reporting using audit outcomes and data insights.
  • Promote consistent interpretation and application of program standards among all delivery partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 7 or more years of experience in design governance, quality assurance/quality control, or technical standards management.
  • Solid knowledge of design documentation standards, quality assurance processes, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining formal documentation systems and process playbooks.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret compliance and performance data.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CDE, QA/QC, or standards management platforms is a plus.

Compensation

$110,500.00 - $130,000.00. Pay varies based on geographic location, date of hire, hours worked, job type, business line, and whether a collective bargaining agreement applies.

  • The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
  • Compensation is determined by factors such as collective bargaining agreement coverage, geographic area, market pay rates, and candidate experience and qualifications.
