Responsibilities
- Examine manufacturing metrics such as yield, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness to detect performance variances and patterns
- Work with production facilities in 14 countries to maintain uniform operational standards and aligned practices
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership impacting the global manufacturing network
- Determine underlying causes of operational inefficiencies across multiple production sites
- Convert detailed operational data into clear, business-relevant insights for decision-making
- Communicate results and recommendations to site leaders and executives in a structured, accessible format
- Create and manage benchmarking systems to evaluate factory performance globally
- Maintain uniformity and comparability of key performance indicators across all locations
- Facilitate the exchange of proven best practices throughout the manufacturing network
- Coordinate with IT and data analytics teams to refine reporting tools and data architectures
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance departments to advance performance optimization initiatives
