Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the worldwide strategic vision and product roadmap for fraud detection offerings
- Convert evolving market demands, technology advancements, and regulatory changes into actionable product initiatives with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Develop influential thought leadership content including whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars
- Represent the organization as a recognized expert at major global industry conferences such as SIBOS, ACAMS, and specialized fraud forums
- Engage proactively with analyst firms and lead interactions with domain-specific research analysts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global competitors and ensure clear, compelling differentiation in value propositions and sales enablement tools
- Act as the primary subject matter expert on anti-fraud solutions, guiding product messaging and positioning for sales and customer success teams
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to build scalable, sector-specific narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers
- Support professional services during implementation by providing expert guidance on complex fraud-related topics
- Contribute to the design and execution of global go-to-market strategies in coordination with regional sales leaders to achieve revenue and growth objectives
- Partner with regional sales executives on key global accounts to refine solution positioning and competitive differentiation during client engagements
- Work with the Global Alliances team to build and sustain strategic partnerships with cloud providers, consultancies, and system integrators for joint offerings
- Provide strategic input and oversight for high-visibility proof of concepts and proof of value initiatives to demonstrate measurable client outcomes
- Manage, mentor, and grow a global team of Solution Owners and regional fraud leads across EMEA, APAC, and North America
- Promote a culture of technical excellence, ongoing learning, and cross-regional teamwork
- Serve as an active member of the Product Leadership Team, embodying core values of determination, ambition, collaboration, and accountability
