Requirements
- Proven leadership in logistics or fulfillment at a senior level, preferably within e-commerce, food delivery, meal kits, retail, or consumer goods supply chains.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and oversee logistics operations across multiple countries, working with third-party logistics providers and carrier networks.
- Experience in designing and improving warehouse workflows, including picking, packing, kitting, facility layout, and capacity planning, either directly or via partners.
- Skilled in data analysis, performance tracking, and structured planning methods such as S&OP, inventory management, and capacity forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a history of aligning cross-functional teams, facilitating decisions, and providing constructive challenges to improve outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Background in managing international and pan-European parcel distribution systems is highly desirable.
- Prior experience operating in a global, matrix-style organizational structure is beneficial.
