About the Role

This position leads customer-focused marketing initiatives on a global scale, aiming to deepen customer relationships, drive product adoption, and support retention through data-informed strategies and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with customer lifecycle stages
  • Lead integrated campaigns to increase customer retention and expand product adoption

  • Track and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement across touchpoints
  • Support the development of customer advocacy and reference programs
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing marketing materials
  • Coordinate with product marketing to launch new features to existing customers
  • Drive demand generation through targeted nurture streams and email marketing
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to scale customer outreach
  • Stay current with industry trends and evolving customer expectations
  • Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation for customer programs
  • Partner with customer success to identify engagement gaps and solutions
