Global Brand Design Manager – Shape the future of a world-famous brand through creative leadership and strategic design direction. Based in Etoy, Switzerland, this role is central to defining how the brand looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint worldwide.
Creative Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Lead the full creative lifecycle of global campaigns, from initial concept through to final production. Guide the development of assets across digital platforms, social media, out-of-home media, packaging, and point-of-sale materials, ensuring each reflects the brand’s evolving identity.
Brand Stewardship & Visual Identity
Own and evolve the global visual language, maintaining consistency while adapting to new markets and formats. Update and distribute brand guidelines to reflect changes in design direction, technology, and consumer engagement channels.
Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the main liaison with the global creative agency, managing briefs, timelines, and creative output. Work closely with internal teams in media, social, innovation, and local marketing to align efforts and deliver fully integrated campaigns.
Regional Adaptation & Market Support
Partner with regional teams—particularly in the US, Italy, and Germany—to adapt global assets for local relevance while preserving brand integrity. Ensure creative quality remains high across all localized executions.
Innovation & Product Development
Support new product launches by providing creative direction, storytelling frameworks, and design input. Collaborate with R&D, packaging, and trade marketing teams to develop compelling visual identities for new products and packaging formats.
Design Integration
Work hand-in-hand with digital, packaging, and trade marketing teams to ensure a seamless brand experience across all consumer interactions. Help translate strategic goals into impactful visual narratives that resonate globally.
