Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to user inquiries in German across social media, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Manage customer complaints, technical difficulties, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to account access, content visibility, and platform functions.
- Review user-generated content to verify adherence to community standards and platform policies.
- Detect and take action on harmful content, spam, and breaches of platform regulations.
- Partner with moderation teams to refine content review procedures and establish effective practices.
- Interact with users to cultivate a respectful and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Support users in understanding and utilizing platform features efficiently.
- Participate in organizing and promoting community events and engagement campaigns.
- Gather and record user suggestions, feedback, and reported bugs systematically.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to relay user concerns and propose enhancements.
- Produce routine summaries highlighting recurring problems and emerging trends to support service improvements.
