AlexStaff Agency was looking for a German-speaking Sales Executive - Maritime (German market) - Remote

AlexStaff Agency is seeking a German-speaking Sales Executive for a company building an AI-powered B2B travel platform. Your mission is to drive growth in the maritime sector within the German market, simplifying flight and hotel bookings for business travel.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full sales cycle in Germany, including prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals with maritime clients
  • Use your existing network in the German maritime industry to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and networking events in the Hamburg area
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your pipeline and ensure smooth client handovers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and actively contribute to business growth in the region

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in B2B sales in the maritime domain is a must
  • Strong existing network in the German maritime sector (shipping, crewing, marine services)
  • Native German (C2 proficiency)
  • Fluent English (C1+ proficiency)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales in SaaS or the travel domain

Team & Environment

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
