Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Speaking Recruiter for an entry-level position where no prior experience is required. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while receiving comprehensive training to build your recruitment career.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting candidates for open positions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in German through phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Work closely with seasoned recruiters and hiring managers to learn about job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in tracking systems.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about recruitment strategies and best practices within the industry.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential.
- No prior experience in recruitment is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with diverse candidates.
- A genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to grow your career in this field.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in a mandatory paid training program in Greece for three months.

- Familiarity with social media and online platforms to connect with candidates.
