Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a German-speaking Online Shopping Advisor to provide dedicated support to our German-speaking clientele. You will guide customers through their online shopping journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from anywhere on the beautiful islands of Greece.
What You'll Do
- Assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries.
- Provide detailed product information.
- Navigate customers through their online shopping experiences.
- Create a delightful shopping atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain lasting relationships with clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service or online retail is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
- Comfortable with technology and able to navigate various e-commerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Desire to work remotely from any Greek island, embracing the local lifestyle.
