About the Role
This role involves delivering dermatological assessments and personalized treatment recommendations remotely to patients via a digital platform, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to medical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients seeking skin health support
- Evaluate patient-submitted photos and medical histories to diagnose skin conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Prescribe appropriate topical or oral therapies within regulatory scope
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up digital check-ins
- Ensure all medical documentation is accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with clinical support teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and medical regulations
- Respond to patient inquiries within defined service timeframes
- Stay current with dermatology best practices and treatment innovations
- Support the refinement of digital care pathways based on clinical insights
- Participate in quality assurance reviews of patient outcomes
- Uphold professional medical standards in all patient interactions
- Contribute to the development of patient education materials
- Engage in periodic training to maintain platform and protocol proficiency
Nice to Have

- Prior telehealth or remote clinical experience
- Experience treating acne, rosacea, and eczema
- Knowledge of prescription guidelines in German-speaking regions
- Familiarity with AI-assisted diagnostic tools
