Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Customer Support Representative for a premium jewelry and accessories brand. You will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers while working remotely from Greece and collaborating with internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about premium jewelry and accessories.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams for seamless order processing.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within luxury retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team goals.
  • A passion for jewelry and luxury accessories and a commitment to exceptional service.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
