Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment under minimal supervision
- A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers find the right solutions
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive sector, is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support software is an advantage
