Responsibilities
- Work order processing: Reviewing submitted work orders, ensuring photos and notes are attached, flagging items for escalation, and following up with staff for missing information.
- Invoice processing and filing: Associating invoices with the correct property, ensuring accurate records, and handling data entry related to invoices.
- Emergency dispatch/admin support: Monitoring for emergencies (e.g., flooding toilets), understanding urgency, and escalating or dispatching as needed, possibly including after-hours coverage.
Requirements
- Appfolio experience
- At least 3 years Virtual Assistant experience
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
