Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities by purchasing supplies from retailers such as Amazon, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor task progress and project requirements.
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external vendors or contractors.
- Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to track project updates and deliverables.
- Manage communications by organizing, prioritizing, and preparing professional replies as needed.
- Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Complete assigned duties that contribute to operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong professional communication skills.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an Executive Assistant or comparable support role.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience supporting construction projects or managing international vendors is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
