What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end growth strategy, aligning product development with performance marketing to maximize user value.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams in creative production, user acquisition, and growth marketing to deliver measurable results.
- Own P&L accountability, setting financial direction and optimizing for sustainable growth.
- Analyze performance data across product and marketing channels to identify scalable growth loops and high-impact opportunities.
- Optimize the acquisition funnel with a focus on META, Google UAC, and TikTok, refining targeting and creative strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage product backlog priorities, balancing innovation with business impact.
- Design and refine monetization models through continuous experimentation and testing.
- Make rapid, data-informed decisions in a dynamic environment where agility and ownership are essential.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years in leadership roles such as CPO, CMO, or senior marketing/product positions with proven impact on B2C digital products.
- Deep experience in performance marketing for mobile or web, particularly in Tier-1 markets, with advanced expertise in Meta Ads and complementary platforms.
- Track record of scaling user growth in the US and European markets using data-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset—able to turn complex data into clear actions and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead teams, set direction, and execute quickly with full ownership.
- A business-first approach: every initiative must tie back to measurable value and growth.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments, adapting strategy in real time.
