Hadley Designs is hiring a General Manager, DTC Ecommerce

Responsibilities

  • Grow combined revenue from Shopify and TikTok Shop to exceed $20 million within 18 months
  • Maintain a net margin of at least 15% on Shopify and 5% on TikTok Shop
  • Sustain a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2.0 or higher on Meta and 3.5 or higher on TikTok Shop
  • Launch one new high-converting, bundle-focused sales funnel each month
  • Ensure email and SMS marketing drive a minimum of 25% of Shopify revenue
  • Assume full ownership of ecommerce strategy, systems, team, and outcomes to eliminate CEO involvement in daily operations
  • Test more than 100 ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok platforms
  • Optimize paid advertising to meet defined ROAS targets
  • Collaborate with affiliate and user-generated content teams to scale top-performing creative assets
  • Monitor and adapt to evolving platform trends, content formats, and policy changes
  • Align product launches with Amazon to generate positive cross-platform visibility
  • Introduce one new educational outcome-driven bundle funnel per month
  • Continuously improve conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and upsell performance on a weekly basis
  • Manage the design and performance of homepage, product pages, and collection layouts
  • Revise and relaunch underperforming funnels using improved messaging and offers
  • Lead seasonal marketing initiatives such as Back-to-School and Holiday campaigns
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and testing roadmaps for all funnels
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Postscript platforms
  • Enhance key customer journey flows including welcome series, cart recovery, post-purchase follow-up, and win-back sequences
  • Create clear product progression paths from entry-level to premium offerings
  • Develop a content and SEO strategy focused on educational topics to grow organic traffic
  • Review weekly profit and loss statements for both Shopify and TikTok Shop
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators including AOV, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, gross profit to CAC ratio, and revenue by lifecycle stage
  • Produce weekly performance dashboards and monthly strategic growth plans
  • Model future performance and identify key drivers for scalable growth
