OnHires is hiring a General Manager (B2B SaaS, Remote)

The General Manager will act as the CEO's key partner, overseeing daily operations and overall business performance for a profitable, founder-led SaaS company shifting focus to B2B expansion. This role demands full accountability for P&L, leadership of a distributed team, and a commitment to scaling with operational rigor and data-driven execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to increase revenue and improve EBITDA results
  • Assume complete responsibility for profit and loss within 3 to 6 months
  • Manage and grow a remote, cross-functional team across multiple disciplines
  • Improve core SaaS performance indicators including monthly recurring revenue, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and churn rate
  • Develop and deploy KPIs, reporting dashboards, and operational systems
  • Establish clear processes, structure, and accountability throughout the organization
  • Collaborate on shaping B2B product strategy during early development and scaling phases

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in scaling a small SaaS business with fewer than 50 employees
  • Minimum of four years in leadership roles within B2B SaaS environments
  • Direct experience managing P&L and driving profitability
  • Solid understanding of SaaS financial models and subscription-based revenue
  • Professional background in product management, engineering, operations, or technical domains
  • Proven ability to lead remote teams across international regions
  • Highly analytical, execution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Significant exposure to SaaS sectors such as infrastructure, data or proxy services, AI/ML platforms, developer tools, DevOps, cloud hosting, or cybersecurity
