Drive enterprise growth through strategic inside sales leadership
We are seeking a motivated General Account Manager to lead sales initiatives for cutting-edge technology solutions. In this role, you will engage directly with enterprise clients and channel partners to identify opportunities, guide technical evaluations, and close complex deals remotely via phone and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by managing a full-cycle sales process for enterprise accounts
- Deliver accurate, timely forecasts and maintain transparency with leadership
- Identify new business prospects, present tailored solutions, address concerns, and negotiate agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams including field sales, marketing, and solution architects to expand account reach
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers to understand evolving computing and software needs
- Clearly articulate the value, features, and positioning of advanced technology offerings
- Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with channel partners across the technology ecosystem
What You Bring
- Fluency in English and either Arabic (Dubai-based) or Swedish (Stockholm-based)
- Minimum of four years in inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience managing all stages of the sales cycle—from prospecting to close—in a technology environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with cloud-based sales involving CSPs, ISVs, and enterprise customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and digital collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5%)

Work Environment
This position is based in Dubai, UAE or Stockholm, Sweden, with minimal travel expected. You’ll operate in a creative, autonomous setting that values independent thinking and initiative.
