Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable artificial intelligence solutions across research, development, regulatory, and commercial operations.
- Develop and manage reference architectures, reusable components, and standardized practices to support generative AI adoption.
- Collaborate with business units to uncover high-impact use cases and convert business needs into technical implementations.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for generative AI initiatives across India and international teams.
- Ensure solutions comply with responsible AI principles and regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, and the EU AI Act.
- Integrate security, transparency, and fairness into all system designs.
- Assess and deploy new large language models, frameworks, and orchestration tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and DSPy.
- Collaborate with external partners including startups, academic institutions, and vendors to introduce innovative generative AI technologies.
- Guide technical teams and strengthen generative AI expertise within the India-based hub.
- Work with global counterparts to maintain consistent, scalable solutions across the organization.
