OLIVER Agency is hiring a GenAI Motion Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

  • Utilize generative AI technologies to streamline ideation and production workflows, including visual style tests, storyboard creation, background generation or extension, version variations, and compositing assistance
  • Adhere to ethical AI practices, ensuring brand safety, correct product representation, awareness of content rights and origins, and clear documentation of AI-assisted elements
  • Develop and maintain shared resources such as prompt databases, repeatable workflows, and internal guides to enhance team efficiency and output consistency
  • Design and deliver large volumes of motion content across multiple formats including paid social media, digital display ads, retail platform placements, product detail page modules, digital out-of-home adaptations, and short-form product videos
  • Create animated narratives focused on product features, clearly conveying core benefits such as suction power, filtration efficiency, hair pickup, edge cleaning, battery life, included accessories, and smart functionalities
  • Construct modular motion templates and design kits—including text overlays, feature highlights, promotional cards, end frames, and transitions—to support fast iteration, localization, and A/B testing
  • Produce resized and reformatted versions of content (e.g., 9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5) while preserving timing, readability, and compliance with platform-specific standards
  • Support light video editing tasks such as compiling clips, syncing audio, and preparing final exports and delivery packages
  • Design high-volume static visuals for eCommerce and performance marketing channels, including product page modules, brand or retailer banners, comparison infographics, promotional materials, and email/CRM graphics
  • Produce clean, benefit-driven layouts that combine product aesthetics with technical precision, incorporating feature labels, icons, disclaimers, and specifications
  • Establish and manage design systems, including templates, layout grids, typographic standards, icon sets, and reusable components to ensure consistent brand expression at scale
  • Prepare production-ready files and export bundles that meet diverse technical requirements across platforms, channels, and retail partners
  • Ensure all product depictions are accurate, showing correct models, attachments, colors, finishes, and realistic usage environments
  • Collaborate with clients, account teams, writers, and compliance reviewers to align on-screen messaging, feature claims, comparisons, and legal disclaimers with approved language and regulatory or retailer guidelines
  • Maintain visual and conceptual continuity so that both static and animated assets function as part of a unified brand ecosystem
  • Work directly with clients and project teams to move projects from initial brief to final delivery within compressed timelines
  • Engage in client review sessions, integrate feedback efficiently, and manage multiple versions across concurrent deliverables
  • Coordinate with external vendors or partners when necessary to uphold quality standards during large-scale production
