Responsibilities
- Lead the design process and manage team execution for technical initiatives.

- Oversee the full development lifecycle across one or more teams.
- Establish strong architectural principles, methods, and reusable patterns.
- Serve as the primary technical contact in regular client discussions.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to development team members.
- Collaborate with bid teams to shape and refine project proposals.
- Support client presentations during formal procurement or selection phases.
- Actively participate in managing client accounts and ongoing engagements.
