Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of HTML5 casual game creation, from concept through live operations and ongoing support
- Support timely delivery of high-quality features as a member of a cross-functional agile team
- Own the quality and integrity of delivered products
- Engage in product design and strategy, not just task execution
- Identify and communicate potential technical challenges proactively
- Support ongoing improvements to the codebase
- Design and build new game titles
- Enhance and expand current games
- Assist in maintaining and refining internal development tools
- Optimize performance, debug issues, and resolve defects
- Conduct peer code reviews
- Evaluate and analyze feature requirements
- Address platform-specific compatibility needs
- Ensure consistent game stability and performance
