About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Process refunds and cancellations according to guidelines
  • Communicate travel requirements such as visas and vaccinations
  • Monitor booking confirmations and send timely updates
  • Collaborate with travel partners to confirm availability
  • Support customers during emergencies or trip disruptions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about travel offerings
  • Use customer relationship management tools efficiently
