4+ years of development experience with a strong emphasis on React and TypeScript — this is your primary domain. You're comfortable with component design, state management, and building polished, performant UIs.
Backend exposure in a strongly typed language (Go, Java, .NET, PHP, or similar). You don't need to be a backend specialist, but you're not afraid to touch an API, write a service, or debug an infrastructure issue when the feature calls for it. We operate in Go on the backend and believe a strong engineer with solid fundamentals can get up to speed quickly.
Proven ability to take initiative, solve complex problems, and deliver in ambiguous environments.
Knowledge of APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Experience with CI/CD practices.
Strong engineering skills with an analytical mindset and product awareness, making decisions that deliver the greatest impact.
Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your daily development workflow, and curious about how AI can improve how we build.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
