Responsibilities
- Connect AI service endpoints to the platform with secure authentication, error handling, and response interpretation
- Develop systems that collect and organize relevant security information to provide context for AI processing
- Create user-friendly interface components using JavaScript and React to display AI-generated insights and actions
- Translate AI output into clear, interactive UI elements that guide user decisions and workflows
- Implement reliable fallback mechanisms and error recovery when AI services fail or return irregular results
- Establish feedback systems to record how users interact with AI features for ongoing refinement
- Engage directly with customers to learn how they use AI tools and quickly iterate on user experience improvements
- Optimize API usage for speed and efficiency, applying caching strategies without compromising data timeliness
- Build tracking systems to monitor how often AI features are used, their success rates, and user engagement levels
- Coordinate with AI development teams to relay user needs and platform requirements for service enhancements
- Develop standardized, reusable components and patterns to streamline future AI integrations
- Ensure AI-powered features align seamlessly with existing workflows and do not interrupt established user behavior
