Responsibilities
- Offer technical support to internal staff, clients, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Help enhance manufacturing workflows and product quality to minimize defective outputs.
- Verify that deliverables satisfy internal and client-defined standards for quality and integrity.
- Support development and operations teams by delivering analytical insight during inspection phases.
- Engage in cross-functional teams to determine root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Examine quality data to detect defect patterns and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Carry out additional assigned tasks as needed.
- Develop and run manual software test cases using Zephyr Scale.
- Write and run unit tests using the Cypress testing framework.
- Assist development teams with various coding and debugging tasks as required.
- Ensure solutions meet organizational and customer expectations for quality and reliability.
- Lead enhancements in software development workflows and promote industry best practices.
- Evaluate defect and quality data to identify trends and reduce future issues.
- Deliver technical guidance and troubleshooting support to stakeholders across departments.
